An IP camera, an access reader or a smart home hub is essentially a small computer with a network connection. With a default password and outdated firmware, a device like this quickly becomes a way into your company network or home Wi-Fi.
That's why we plan physical security, networks and cyber security together. At Q-entra, the camera and the firewall rules it needs are part of the same plan. No interfaces between trades are left unresolved, and you have one contact person who keeps the whole picture in view.

Good to know before we start
Which area do you cover?
We work in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland. Site surveys, installations and service visits take place on your premises. If your site is outside this area, just ask and we'll clarify whether and how we can help.
Do you also work for private clients?
Yes. Alongside businesses and property managers, we also work on private homes, villas and flats, for example with video surveillance, an alarm system, smart home or reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house. Here too, we connect every device securely to your home network.
Can you take over existing systems?
In many cases, yes. We check your existing cameras, access systems, cabling and network components and document their current state. You then know what can stay in use, what should be secured and where replacing equipment makes sense.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We agree with you how often we check your systems, install updates and verify backups. We also offer managed security: we look after your firewall and endpoint protection on an ongoing basis, monitor the systems and report to you regularly. We define the exact scope together in the contract.
In which languages can we talk to you?
German, English and Turkish. You can discuss technical questions in the language you're most comfortable with, from the first meeting through to training after handover.
