Physical Security

Video Surveillance

Today a camera is a network device and should be treated like one. We design video systems that record reliably, make incidents quick to find and keep your network from becoming a weak spot.

Overview

IP video systems designed with privacy in mind and connected securely to your network.

We handle your project from site survey and camera selection through to commissioning. We pay attention to image quality by day and night, sensible viewing angles and recordings that give you usable footage when it counts.

Since IT security is our core field, we place cameras and recorders in separate network segments. We replace default passwords, keep firmware up to date and set up remote access over encrypted connections, not open ports.

Data protection matters just as much. We help you define coverage areas, retention periods and signage so that they meet the requirements of the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act.

Your benefits

  • One partner for cameras, network and IT security
  • Useful images thanks to planned camera positions and resolution
  • Data protection built in from the start, with privacy masking and defined retention periods
  • Hardened devices that don't become a way into your company network
  • Vendor-neutral advice and open standards such as ONVIF
  • Scales from a small shop to a large site

Scope of services

What we take care of

  • Site survey & camera concept

On site we agree on what needs protecting and plan camera positions, focal lengths and coverage areas.

  • IP cameras for every environment

Dome, bullet and PTZ cameras for indoor and outdoor use. Infrared or low-light technology gives clear images at night.

  • Recording & video management

Network video recorders or video management software, with enough storage and fast event search.

  • Video analytics

Alerts for line crossing, defined areas or licence plate recognition, only where they are relevant.

  • Secure remote access

Live view and playback on smartphone or PC over encrypted connections, with user and permission management.

  • Maintenance & service

We check the system regularly, install firmware updates and help quickly when a camera fails.

Typical applications

  • Office and commercial buildings
  • Retail and hospitality
  • Warehousing, logistics and production
  • Car parks, underground garages and driveways
  • Residential complexes and property management
  • Private homes and villas

Technologies & standards

  • PoE IP cameras
  • ONVIF
  • H.265
  • NVR & VMS
  • Infrared & low light
  • Licence plate recognition (ANPR)
  • VPN remote access

  • EN 62676

How we work

From assessment to ongoing operation

Every project follows four clear steps. You have one fixed contact person and always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We gather your requirements, visit the site and review your existing systems.

  2. 02

    Concept

You receive a concept with plans, a component list and a transparent quote.

  3. 03

    Implementation

We install and configure carefully, document everything and keep to the agreed schedule.

  4. 04

    Operation

We stay with you after handover, with maintenance, updates and monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Am I allowed to monitor my company premises with cameras?

Often yes, if there is a legitimate interest, the monitoring is proportionate and signs make people aware of the cameras. Public areas and neighbouring properties usually must not be recorded. We take this into account from the planning stage. The legal assessment of your specific case should be agreed with your legal advisor.

How long is footage stored?

That depends on the purpose of the monitoring. In practice it is usually only a few days, and longer periods need good justification. We size storage and automatic deletion to your requirements.

Can I view the cameras on my smartphone?

Yes. We set up access over an encrypted connection and assign user permissions so that each person only sees what they should. We deliberately don't open ports to the internet.

Can existing cameras still be used?

Often yes. We check your existing cameras, cabling and recorders. You then know what can be integrated and where replacing equipment makes sense for security or quality reasons.
