Expertise
Know-how that connects physical security and IT
Our expertise ranges from the camera through the network to the firewall. Here you can see the fields we work in, the standards that guide us and what different sectors require.
Areas of expertise
Nine fields, one contact person
Each field stands on its own, but the real strength lies in connecting them. We plan so that cameras, network and protective measures fit together from the start.
IP video & video management
Design and installation of IP camera systems with recording, video analytics and secure remote access, with data protection built in from the planning stage.
- PoE IP cameras
- NVR & VMS
- Video analytics
- ONVIF
- Privacy masking
Access control & barriers
Access control by card, PIN or smartphone, plus barriers, gates, licence plate recognition and intercoms for buildings and driveways.
- Card, PIN & smartphone
- Barriers & gates
- Licence plate recognition (ANPR)
- Video intercom
Intrusion detection
Alarm systems with motion, glass-break and opening detectors, plus outdoor detectors for the grounds. Alerts go to your smartphone or to the alarm receiving centre of a security company of your choice.
- Intrusion alarm systems
- Motion & opening detectors
- App control
- Video verification
- EN 50131
Building automation & smart home
Control of lighting, shading, heating and door intercoms, built on open standards and kept separate from the rest of the network.
- KNX
- Lighting & shading
- Heating & climate
- Energy monitoring
Structured cabling & fibre
Standards-compliant copper and fibre cabling with network cabinets, clear labelling and a test report for every link.
- Cat 6A / Cat 7
- Fibre OS2 / OM4
- 19-inch racks
- Permanent link testing
- EN 50173
Networks, Wi-Fi & VPN
Switching, segmentation and full Wi-Fi coverage, plus VPN connections between sites and for remote access.
- VLAN segmentation
- Wi-Fi 6/7
- 802.1X
- Site-to-site VPN
- Guest Wi-Fi
Firewall & network security
Next-generation firewalls, clear rule sets and Zero Trust principles, so that only permitted traffic reaches your network.
- NGFW
- Rule sets
- IPS
- Zero Trust
- Secure remote maintenance
Endpoint, identity & email security
Protection for computers, servers and user accounts: EDR/XDR, multi-factor authentication and email security against phishing and malware.
- EDR/XDR
- MFA
- Email security
- Hardening
- Awareness training
Backup, recovery & ongoing operation
Backups with tested recovery, plus the ongoing operation of your security systems: monitoring, patch management, alert triage and regular reports.
- Backup & recovery
- Monitoring
- Patch management
- Vulnerability management
- Regular reports
Standards
What guides our work
Standards and open protocols make quality verifiable. These frameworks shape our planning and implementation. Where legal requirements apply, we take them into account and recommend legal advice for your specific case.
- GDPR & Austrian DSG
- For video surveillance, access control and logging, we consider data protection from the planning stage, for example coverage areas and retention periods.
- NIS2
- We support the technical implementation of measures under the EU NIS2 Directive and coordinate with your legal or compliance advisors.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- We use the standard as a guide for structured security measures and documentation. If you are aiming for certification, we support the technical preparation.
- EN 62676
- We follow this series of standards for video surveillance systems when planning image requirements, recording and documentation.
- EN 50131
- This series of standards for intrusion alarm systems sets the framework for our security concepts, security grades and choice of components.
- EN 50173 / ISO/IEC 11801
- We plan structured cabling to these standards and confirm the quality of every link with a test report.
- KNX
- We use this open standard for building automation so that your installation can be extended with components from different manufacturers.
- ONVIF
- This open standard for IP video ensures that cameras and software from different manufacturers work together.
Sectors
What different sectors need
A hotel has different requirements from a medical practice or a warehouse. We plan around how your site actually works, not around a standard package.
Offices & SMEs
A consistent network, secured workstations and staff access control, looked after by one contact person instead of several providers.
Retail
Cameras at tills and entrances, an alarm system and a stable network for point-of-sale systems, with remote access for owners.
Hotels & restaurants
Separate guest Wi-Fi, access control for staff and storage areas, and video surveillance that doesn't get in the guests' way.
Medical practices & healthcare
Health data is particularly sensitive. We secure devices, backups and access to treatment rooms and server rooms accordingly.
Schools & education
High-capacity Wi-Fi for many devices, separate networks for teachers, pupils and administration, and well-planned access concepts.
Industry & production
Networks that cleanly separate office and production areas, robust cabling for harsh environments and perimeter protection for the site.
Logistics & warehousing
Driveways with barriers and licence plate recognition, cameras for loading bays and halls, and full Wi-Fi coverage for scanners and terminals.
Residential & private homes
Intercoms, access control and cameras for residential complexes, plus alarm systems, smart home and Wi-Fi for private homes and villas.
Principles
Four principles for every project
01
Security by design
We build security in from the start. Separate networks, strong passwords, current firmware and encrypted access are part of our standard setup.
02
Vendor neutrality
We choose components based on your needs and on open standards. That keeps you flexible and not tied to a single supplier.
03
Documentation & transparency
You receive clear quotes, plans, test reports and an overview of all settings. That keeps your system understandable for others too.
04
Long-term support
After handover we remain your contact, with maintenance, updates and managed security, so that your system is still up to date years later.
Let's talk about your project.
Whether it's one building or several sites: we listen, look at the situation on site and propose a solution that fits.
