Network & Wi-Fi Infrastructure

Today your workstations, phones, cloud services, cameras and building systems all depend on the network. We plan networks that run reliably, have a clear structure and give no device more access than it needs.

Overview

Stable networks and Wi-Fi, cleanly segmented and planned securely from the start.

We start by taking stock: which devices are there, which services are used, and where are the bottlenecks or outages today? Based on this, we plan switches, routers and access points that suit the size of your organisation and can be expanded later.

For us, security is part of the design, not an add-on. We separate office, guests, cameras and other IoT devices into their own network segments and define which connections are allowed. We protect management access separately, keep firmware up to date and route external access through VPN.

For Wi-Fi we work with measurements, not guesswork. An on-site survey shows where access points are needed and where interference occurs. At the end you receive documentation with a network diagram, address ranges and configuration, so that you can continue to run your network securely.

Your benefits

  • One partner for cabling, network and IT security
  • Reliable Wi-Fi based on on-site measurement, not guesswork
  • Separate networks for office, guests, cameras and IoT
  • Encrypted access for remote work and additional sites
  • Fewer outages through redundancy and early fault alerts
  • Vendor-neutral advice and clear documentation

Scope of services

What we take care of

  • Switching & routing

Managed switches with PoE for access points and cameras, plus routing between network segments and sites.

  • VLAN segmentation

Separate networks for office, guests, cameras and IoT, with clear rules on which systems may communicate with each other.

  • Wi-Fi planning & site survey

On-site measurement with heatmaps, Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, careful channel planning and a separate guest network.

  • VPN for sites & remote work

Encrypted site-to-site connections between locations and secure remote access for staff.

  • Redundancy & resilience

Redundant uplinks, internet connections and core components, so that a single fault doesn't bring down the whole network.

  • Monitoring & documentation

Monitoring of devices and links with alerts on faults, plus up-to-date network diagrams and configuration records.

Typical applications

  • Offices and law firms
  • Medical practices and healthcare facilities
  • Hotels, restaurants and event spaces
  • Retail shops and branches
  • Warehouses and production halls
  • Schools and educational institutions
  • Companies with several sites
  • Premium private homes and villas

Technologies & standards

  • Managed switches
  • VLAN (IEEE 802.1Q)
  • 802.1X
  • Wi-Fi 6 / 6E / 7
  • WPA3
  • Wi-Fi site survey & heatmaps
  • PoE+ / PoE++
  • IPsec VPN
  • Link aggregation (LACP)
  • SNMP monitoring

How we work

From assessment to ongoing operation

Every project follows four clear steps. You have one fixed contact person and always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We gather your requirements, visit the site and review your existing systems.

  2. 02

    Concept

You receive a concept with plans, a component list and a transparent quote.

  3. 03

    Implementation

We install and configure carefully, document everything and keep to the agreed schedule.

  4. 04

    Operation

We stay with you after handover, with maintenance, updates and monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Why is our Wi-Fi slow even though our internet connection is fast?

Common causes are poorly placed access points, congested channels, interference from neighbouring networks or outdated devices. An on-site measurement shows us the cause, and we then propose targeted improvements.

Do we need Wi-Fi 7?

Not necessarily. Wi-Fi 7 mainly pays off when many modern devices use high data rates. For many environments Wi-Fi 6 or 6E is still a good fit. We recommend the standard that suits your devices, your building and your budget.

Why should cameras and IoT devices be on a separate network?

Such devices often receive fewer updates and are therefore a popular target. In their own segment they can only reach the systems they really need. If a device is compromised, an attacker cannot easily move on from there into your company network.

Can our existing equipment still be used?

Often yes. We check switches, routers and access points for performance, condition and security. We recommend replacing devices that no longer receive security updates from the manufacturer.

How can staff work securely from home?

We set up VPN access with multi-factor authentication and define which systems can be reached from outside. We avoid opening ports to the internet for internal services.

Let's talk about your project.

Whether it's one building or several sites: we listen, look at the situation on site and propose a solution that fits.
